Retention of Rights: Accomplishment Research International retains all rights to its ideas and to the form of presentation of its ideas. Sale to anyone or use by anyone of its products and services does not confer any rights to content or form of said products or services. Commercial use of Accomplishment Research International products and services is prohibited without express written permission to do so from an authorized representative of Accomplishment Research International.
Personal Use: Accomplishment Research International products and services are limited to personal use of purchasers. Distribution of ideas included in product and services in any form for non-commercial purposes is prohibited without express written permission from an authorized representative of Accomplishment Research International. Free articles may be copied and distributed to anyone via any medium as long as attribution of the original source is included.
Refunds: Accomplishment Research International offers no refunds to purchasers of its products or services. The single exception is that participants in intensives will be offered an opportunity to leave the intensive and get a full refund of their tuition during the first intensive break.
Body of Knowledge: The body of knowledge represented by Accomplishment Research International products and services, whether in written or oral form, is a trade secret. Use of knowledge from other sources in a context that is the same or substantially similar to the context used by Accomplishment Research International will be considered a theft of trade secrets without express written permission for such use from an authorized representative of Accomplishment Research International.
